Oplus successfully developed the full-process production technology for synthetic nicotine, addressing the growing demand for disposable e-liquids and significantly boosting its market competitiveness.

Factory Upgrade & Automation

Oplus upgraded its facilities with a 10,000m² cGMP-standard production workshop, implementing full automation in flavor and e-liquid production, greatly improving production efficiency and product consistency.

Collaborative Innovation & ISO 14001 Certification
Oplus established the Collaborative Innovation Institute, strengthening its commitment to technological innovation and product development. In the same year, Oplus earned ISO 14001 Environmental Management System certification, further enhancing its environmental and sustainability practices. Monthly production capacity reached 1,000 tons of bulk e-liquid and 5 million bottles of bottled e-liquid, fulfilling global market demand.

CNAS Certification & New Production Facility
Oplus’ laboratory received CNAS certification, improving its technical capabilities and testing standards to ensure that products meet international quality requirements. A new production facility in Indonesia began operations, boosting global production capacity and strengthening the stability of its supply chain to better serve the growing international market.
